Aero Design Concepts is located in the
heart of New England at Barnes / Westfield Airport (KBAF ) in
the town of Westfield MA. For 30 years, we have been
providing quality service to the general aviation and light
corporate community. We also specialize in antique and
warbird restoration.
Over the years, Aero Design has been highly recommended by
previous customers, aircraft manufacturer's service centers,
and the highly regarded Aviation Consumer Report. We have an
outstanding working relationship with the local FAA office.

Aero Design specializes in all aspects of restoration,
refurbishment, and maintenance. Our services include, but are
not limited to:
AIRCRAFT INTERIORS: Seat
upholstery, Side wall upholstery, Carpet, Seat frame repair,
Headliners, Dash covers- Large assortment of leathers,
textiles, or vinyl. Full custom interior or minor repairs,
we do it all!
AIRCRAFT EXTERIOR: Complete paint services, Partials,
and Touchups, Dent repair, Reskinning, Corrosion repair, All
structural repairs, Fiberglass and composite repair and
replacement parts, Window replacement.
AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE: We offer absolutely everything
maintenance! Annual inspections, Any structural repair,
Insurance work, Tube and fabric work, Sheet metal work,
Modifications, STCs, All systems repairs. If your aircraft
needs it, we can do it! No job too big or too small.
COMPLETE RESORATION: Warbirds, Antiques, Classics. We
can keep them flying or completely rebuild them to new spec.

Our Facility:
Aero Design has 2 large maintenance and storage hangars
to service, maintain and house your aircraft.
We have an
extensive maintenance library with service information
on most any aircraft or engine.
We extend the use of our comfortable, attractive lobby
with light refreshments to all who visit our facility.
We also offer a pleasing pilot/passenger lounge and
quiet room, complete with day bed, large screen t.v.,
shower and lavatory with complimentary toiletries and
cosmetics for both men and women!

Our Personnel:
Our staff LOVES aviation ! When you bring your aircraft
to Aero Design you will be greeted by the people who
actually own the company ! These same people are also
pilots ,aircraft owners, a&p technicians and I.A.'s .
When your aircraft is brought into the shop it will be
serviced and repaired by other qualified ,highly trained
A & P technicians who are also pilots and aircraft
owners! We do all work as if we were doing it for our
own aircraft. In most cases we will actually fly the
aircraft we work on. So you can be assured of maximum
safety and quality!
Our staff is very knowledgeable and courteous ,and can
help you with scheduling ,estimates ,and most any
question you may have regarding maintenance and repairs,
general facility ,and airport information.
